Cancel Order

Customers may cancel an order via email for a refund two weeks prior to their shipping date, but cancelled orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Damaged Plants

We do not offer cash refunds for damage plants. If tubers are damaged during shipping, please take a picture and email us for a replacement plant if the tuber is available. If it is not available, we will ship a replacement during the next season.


We do not offer cash refunds. Customers seeking a replacement for growth failure or signs of disease should contact us through email within 30 days and provide pictures. In order to receive a replacement, customers must have followed our planting guidelines.

We do not offer replacements for poor tuber production as this is due to many factors out of our control.

Variety Shortage

Because of the unpredictable nature of growing seasons it occasionally happens where we cannot send a variety that was ordered. We work hard to plant reliable stock and ensure this does not happen, but if it does, we will issue a refund when it is determined that we will not have the stock available.


There is always risk when buying plants and Shelbee Blooms, LLC is not responsible for any monetary compensation beyond a replacement for the purchased plant.  Choices made by growers and costs incurred, such as testing, pest management regimes, culling, etc. are solely the responsibility of the grower.
