Frequently asked questions
How do you care for your dahlias and prevent disease?
We go to great lengths to ensure our plants are disease and pest free by using organic and natural methods. We test some varieties for viruses and regularly cull and remove plants that have signs of disease.
I did not get the tubers I want will you have another sale this season?
I know how frustrating it can be hunting the popular dahlias. We really want everyone to be satisfied and get the tubers they want. We do plan to have two sales each season. One at the start of the year in January and then another closer to Spring. Please sign up for the newsletter if you wish to be notified.
If my dahlia tubers do not grow or are the wrong variety will I be eligible for a refund?
We do not offer cash refunds. If there is an issue with your tuber please contact us. For more information, please see our terms and conditions
We go to great lengths to ensure our tubers are labeled correctly and have a good system in place to ensure we do not ship the wrong tuber. In the unlikely event we do we will gladly replace your purchase. In the event that the tuber failed to produce due to poor planting conditions we will not provide a refund. Our planting guidelines must be followed. Pictures must be provided in either case.
I just bought tubers from your shop. When should I expect to receive them?
We ship them in either April or May depending on the readiness of the tuber and weather conditions.
Do you ship internationally or to Hawaii?
Unfortunately, we only ship within the continental United States and do not ship to Hawaii, or internationally.
How will your dahlia tubers be shipped?
Orders are shipped through the USPS via Priority Mail.
