Agreement to Terms: By purchasing dahlia tubers from Shelbee Blooms, LLC, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled via email up to two weeks prior to your shipping date. All cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Final Sale: All sales are final. Dahlia tubers are live plant material and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or general exchanges once shipped.
Variety Shortages: Due to the unpredictable nature of farming, we may occasionally be unable to fulfill a specific variety. If a variety becomes unavailable, we will issue a full refund for that specific item.
Liability Disclaimer: Shelbee Blooms, LLC is not responsible for any costs beyond the replacement of the purchased plant or a refund for the missing/unavailable item. All grower-incurred expenses—including soil testing, pest management, or culling—are the sole responsibility of the customer.
