By purchasing dahlia tubers from us you are agreeing to these terms and conditions

We love our flowers and we hope you do as well. If you have any concerns about your tubers, please contact us at shelbyc@shelbeeblooms.com

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled via email up to two weeks prior to your shipping date.

  • All cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Damaged or Failing Tubers

  • Shipping Damage: If tubers arrive damaged, email us a photo immediately. We will provide a replacement if the variety is in stock; otherwise, a replacement will be sent the following season.

  • Growth Failure/Disease: To request a replacement for failure or disease, you must email us with photos within 30 days of planting. Replacements are only granted if our [Planting Guidelines] were followed.

  • Exclusions: We do not offer replacements for poor tuber production, as this depends on factors beyond our control.

  • Note: We do not offer cash refunds for damaged or failing plants.

Variety Shortages

Due to the unpredictable nature of farming, we may occasionally be unable to fulfill a specific variety. If a variety becomes unavailable, we will issue a full refund for that item.

Liability Disclaimer

Shelbee Blooms, LLC is not responsible for any costs beyond the replacement of the purchased plant. All grower-incurred expenses—including soil testing, pest management, or culling—are the sole responsibility of the customer.
